SUMMARY:

LC 49 0108   AS PASSED BY SENATE

Would require the State Board of Education to come up with rules and regulations for a course in nutrition, hygiene and etiquette relating to the preparation of food as well as rules and regulations for the distribution of surplus prepared food to students.  

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2020, if passed.
